Key Terms

  • Service Acceptance: Eagle Eye Realtors reserves the right to accept or reject proposals if discrepancies are found in documentation.
  • Cancellation: Service cancellation follows the company’s policy on the website.
  • Payment: Only non-cash payments are accepted. No cash payments to agents unless confirmed by the company in writing.
  • Obligations: Eagle Eye Realtors is not required to fulfil obligations outside the agreement.
  • Onboarding: Clients must assist in locating and geo-tagging properties.
  • Pricing: Prices may change, and some services like property cleaning are add-ons, charged separately.
  • Additional Services: New connections (electricity, water) depend on regulations and availability.
  • Additional Work: If additional work is needed, it will be done only after the client agrees to the costs and timeline.
  • Updates: Prices, terms, and conditions may change. Clients are responsible for checking the website regularly.
  • Timely Payments: Late payments can result in contract termination. Renewals may incur a fee.
  • Documentation: Required during onboarding; the agreement is only valid with the property owner.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes must be handled between the property owner and third parties are not involved.
  • Property Disputes: Services are paused if a property is involved in any dispute. The property owner is responsible for resolving the issue.
  • Jurisdiction: All terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes will be resolved in Hyderabad courts.
  • Communication: All official communication must be via the registered email at admin@eagleeyerealtor.com
  • Property Value: Eagle Eye Realtors is not responsible for market fluctuations.
  • Completion of Services: After completion, infrastructure management services are the client’s responsibility.
  • Shipping: No physical shipping; documents are handled electronically.
